March 2026 'We were 6 adults (3 couples) staying nearby to our in-laws for a 90th birthday party. Helen’s place provided the perfect home from home. It felt very warm and cozy with everything provided that we could possibly need. It was very handy having two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. Communication was great throughout and we very much appreciated the later check out time'

December 2025 'The cottage has been furnished to a high standard and is beautiful. It’s set in quiet peaceful countryside. Comfortable beds and high quality bed linen. Well equipped kitchen which was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the house.
Communication with Helen and Mark was excellent and instructions were clear and helpful.
We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend to others' We enjoyed our stay at Helen's cottage and all was as described.

October 2025 – ‘Me and a few friends stayed here while we visited Alton Towers for their Scarefest event. The cottage was spotless and spacious! Very close to Alton Towers, just a 20 minute drive away. Couldn't fault anything and had great countryside views in the morning. Helen and Mark was very responsive and very helpful with direction and check-in/check-out. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again when we visit Alton Towers again’

August 2025 – ‘We stayed for 3 nights so that two families could enjoy Alton towers (during the day, and chill out completely in the evenings!). Its beautifully peaceful and the kitchen is really well sized with comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and a lounge. Views across fields were lovely after a day surrounded by fellow thrill seekers!’
July 2025 - I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s a beautiful house in a lovely location. Communication with the host was very very good, always on hand to help. Check in was very easy with helpful clear instructions. We hope to return
